The most well-known spring onion is White Lisbon Spring Onions and it is renowned for its succulent stems that have the distinctive "bite." They are a traditional mild and crispy spring onion. Traditional salad onions are very quickly cropped and have vivid green tops and white stems. 

Growing instructions:

From August to October, sow thinly, 1.5 cm deep, into carefully prepared, well-dug, healthy soil that has already been watered. Typically, seedlings germinate within around 14–21 days. keep the plants well-watered.   Water plants thoroughly after planting especially during warm days. Harvest from late February to April.
