1100x Spinach Medania Seeds
Large, mid- to dark-green, leaves characterise Spinach Medania. When fully grown, the leaves are roughly 17 cm long and 11 cm wide. They have a sweet and earthy flavour and are succulent and soft. For salads, it can be harvested when it's still young as micro or baby leaves, or it can simply be left to grow to full leaf size. With regular harvesting of the older outer leaves, this cultivar can be used for cut-and-come-again production. This will ensure a consistent supply of fresh Spinach Medania seeds throughout the year.
Growing instructions:
Sow the Spinach Medania seeds from March to October. Thinly sow seeds into trays (2cm deep). Germination usually takes 10-14 days and once the seedlings have germinated and have grown 10-15cm tall, transplant the seeds or spread the plants 30-50cm apart. Water plants thoroughly after planting especially during warm summer days. Harvest from April to November.
