Peppermint grows little mauve flowers and has aromatic, dark green, serrated leaves. It is an appealing plant. Use it sparingly due to its powerful flavour. It works well in puddings, chocolate mousse, and tea infusions. The blossoms should be pulled off as soon as possible because they will decrease the amount of leaves produced. Peppermint is an invasive plant that can reach a height of 60 cm and spread infinitely. It is recommended to plant it in a container and then plant the container into the soil to prevent it from spreading out of control.
Growing Instructions:
From March to June, sow thinly, 1.5 cm deep, into carefully prepared, well-dug, healthy soil that has already been watered, right where they are to crop. Typically, seedlings emerge around 14–21 days. No thinning is needed, but during dry months, keep the plants well-watered. Every three weeks, regular sowings will guarantee a steady supply of mint throughout the year.
