Herb Chives 1500x - Organic Seeds

Description 1500x Organic Herb Chive Seeds
Chives are perennial plants that resemble grass and have a hollow heart and a mild onion smell. They reach a height of roughly 30 cm. They provide flavour to salads, jacket potatoes with sour cream, and soups by being sprinkled on top. Chives flower, the lovely purple edible flowers in the shape of balls can be cut apart and used as salad garnishes. As they are really appealing and the bees like Chive, you may plant some chives in your garden bed or let a few to bloom in your vegetable patch.
Growing instructions:
Sow the organic Chive seeds from March to June. Thinly sow seeds into trays (2cm deep). Germination usually takes 10-14 days and once the seedlings have germinated and have grown 10-15cm tall, transplant the seeds or spread the plants 30-50cm apart. Water plants thoroughly after planting especially during warm summer days. Chive can be harvested all year round from 8 to 10 week from sowing.
