The medium-early kind of cucumber known as Chinese Slangen is ideal for salads and should be cultivated in a covered area. Its fruit have smooth skin and a lovely green tint, and they may grow up to 50 cm long. In addition to being delicious, the cucumber "Chinese Slangen" fruit may be frozen to preserve.
Growing Instructions:
Sow the Cucumber Chinese Slangen Seeds seeds from April to May. Sow seeds indoors in an area which is approximately 25 degrees. Germination usually takes 10-14 days and once the seedlings have germinated and have grown 10-15cm tall, transplant the seeds or spread the plants 30-50cm apart outdoors so that they have space to grow larger. In order to produce a consistent plant, water frequently and generously and pluck the fruits as needed. Always use room temperature tap water when watering to prevent bacterial infections. Harvest from July to October once the Cucumber is approximately 50cm long.
