10x Herb Comfrey Symphytum Officinale Seeds
On the skin, comfrey (Symphytum officinale) is occasionally used to heal wounds and lessen swelling from sprains and broken bones. Allantoin, a compound found in comfrey roots and leaves, promotes the growth of new skin cells as well as other compounds that lessen inflammation and maintain healthy skin.
Growing instructions:
Sow the Herb Comfrey Symphytum Officinale seeds from March to June. Thinly sow seeds into trays (2cm deep). Germination usually takes 10-14 days and once the seedlings have germinated and have grown 10-15cm tall, transplant the seeds or spread the plants 30-50cm apart. Water plants thoroughly after planting especially during warm summer days. Harvest throughout the summer.
