Chinese Cabbage Wong Bok produces enormous barrel-shaped heads with fresh, light green foliage. Chinese Cabbage Wong Bok has a mild flavour and a delectable crispness when compared to lettuce, which makes it a good choice for eating raw as well as steamed or stir-fried. Chinese cabbage is a great addition to the vegetable garden that is simple to cultivate, sturdy into the latter months, and definitely worth trying!
Growing Instructions:
Sow the Chinese Cabbage Wong Bok Seeds from April to July. Thinly sow seeds into trays (2cm deep). Germination usually takes 10-14 days and once the seedlings have germinated and have grown 10-15cm tall, transplant the seeds or spread the plants 30-50cm apart. Water plants thoroughly after planting especially during warm summer days. Harvest from July through to October.
