1000x Chervil Curled Herb Seeds
Chervil tastes like a cross between light aniseed and parsley. It has light green, fine, fern-like leaves. Because it brings out the flavour of other herbs in a dish, it's regarded as one of the unsung heroes of many a recipe. Chervil is one of the four ingredients used in "fine herbs," along with tarragon, parsley, and chives, and is used widely in France. It's a terrific herb for fresh summertime cooking, but because it's a hardy biennial, you can use it all winter long, saving you money on parsley. It pairs well with micro-leaves, salad dressings, fish, eggs, and poultry dishes.
Growing instructions:
Sow the Chervil Curled Herb seeds from March to August. Thinly sow seeds into trays (2cm deep). Germination usually takes 10-14 days and once the seedlings have germinated and have grown 10-15cm tall, transplant the seeds or spread the plants 30-50cm apart. Water plants thoroughly after planting especially during warm days. Harvest from April through to December.
