10x Alaska Mix Edible Nasturtium Flower Seeds
The leaves themselves form a very appealing plant since they are prominently marbling in green and white. An astonishing scene is created when you combine this with vibrant, colourful blossoms that are in bloom above the greenery. The peppery flavour of the leaves and the blooms' vibrant colours will enhance salads, while the unripened seeds may be used like capers and are great when mixed with cream cheese or butter in canapés.
Growing instructions:
Sow the Alaska Mix Edible Nasturtium seeds from March to May. Directly sow seeds in a prepared seedbed outside. Sow the seeds in rows that are 25 to 30 cm apart. Add 0.5 cm (1/4 in) of fine soil over the seeds and water plants thoroughly especially during warm summer days. Alaska Mix Edible Nasturtium seeds flower from June through to September.
