550x Cauliflower Romanesco Natalino Italian Seeds
Cauliflower Romanesco Natalino is a unique and visually striking variety of cauliflower that originates from Italy. The heirloom vegetable, which is prized for its vivid green colour and complex, fractal-like spirals, is visually stunning and has a delightfully nutty, slightly sweet flavour. A favourite among both home gardeners and professional growers, the Natalino cultivar is especially valued for its capacity to flourish in a variety of growing environments. To ensure a yield that lasts throughout the cooler months, these seeds are usually sown in early spring or late summer. Romanesco is a nutritious complement to any diet because it is not only visually appealing but also full of antioxidants, fibre, and vitamins C and K.
Growing Instructions:
Sow the Cauliflower Romanesco Natalino seeds from February to May for the summer or from April to August for the Winter Cauliflowers. Thinly sow seeds into trays (2cm deep). Germination usually takes 10-14 days and once the seedlings have germinated and have grown 10-15cm tall, transplant the seeds or spread the plants 30-50cm apart. Water plants thoroughly after planting especially during warm summer days. Harvest From October through to December.
