Rudbeckia hirta ‘Goldilocks Dwarf is a lovely low-growing annual flower that is ideal for borders, containers, and wildflower gardens. It will provide a splash of colour to your landscape. With a height of 30-45 cm (12-18 inches), this dwarf variety is perfect for edging and small areas. From early summer to autumn, Goldilocks Dwarf blooms abundantly, drawing pollinators like bees and butterflies with its beautiful yellow petals with black centres. Rudbeckia is a simple plant that grows well in full sun and well-drained soil. Once established, it can withstand drought. After the last frost, sow seeds outdoors right away, or start indoors four to six weeks sooner. This lively flower offers natural beauty throughout the year and brightens any garden setting with its long-lasting blooms and low maintenance requirements.


Growing instructions:


The lovely low-growing annual flower Rudbeckia Hirta 'Goldilocks Dwarf' brightens gardens with its yellow and orange blossoms. When the risk of frost has passed and the soil is warm, usually in late spring, you can either sow seeds immediately outdoors or indoors 6–8 weeks prior to the last frost date. Plant seeds in well-draining soil that has been supplemented with organic matter at a depth of approximately ¼ inch. Until the seeds germinate, which normally happens in 7–14 days, keep the soil continuously moist. Blooming abundantly from midsummer to early autumn, these compact plants thrive in full light and can withstand high temperatures. To promote ongoing blooming and keep the plant looking tidy all season, deadhead wasted flowers on a regular basis.
