400x Phlox Drummondii Alba White Flower Seeds - Hardy Annual

Phlox Drummondii Alba is a lovely, hardy annual that brightens borders, beds, and containers all summer long with masses of pure white, star-shaped flowers. This small plant, which is easy to cultivate and flowers quickly, produces tidy mounds of vivid green leaves with long-lasting blossoms on top. It grows best in sunny spots and well-drained soil, making it perfect for patio pots, cottage gardens, and edging. Bees and butterflies are drawn to the mildly aromatic flowers, giving the garden vitality and movement. Additionally, Phlox Drummondii Alba is a great cut flower that adds a touch of refinement indoors. These seeds provide consistent germination and an amazing display of crisp white blossoms from early summer until the first frosts, making them ideal for both novice and seasoned gardeners.

Growing Instructions:

Sow Phlox Drummondii Alba seeds between March and May, either outside once the chance of frost has passed or indoors under protection. Use fine seed compost for indoor sowing, then cover the seeds with a thin layer of vermiculite or compost. Keep the soil uniformly moist and the temperature between 15 and 20°C; germination normally happens in 7 to 14 days. When seedlings are big enough to handle and have solidified, move them outside. Select a location with well-drained, healthy soil that is either sunny or slightly shaded. Plants should be spaced 20 cm apart. To promote continual blooming, deadhead spent flowers and water often during dry spells.
