350x Viola Cornuta Bambini Mix Seeds – Horned Pansy – Fragrant & Colourful
The Horned Pansy, or Viola cornuta Bambini Mix, is a beautiful perennial that blooms from spring through autumn in a charming display of fragrant, colourful flowers. With its range of vibrant colours, this combination is ideal for rock gardens, borders, and containers. These small plants, which reach a height of 15 to 20 cm, have fragrant blossoms that draw pollinators like butterflies and bees. Viola cornuta grows best in well-drained, healthy soil and enjoys partial shade to full sun.
Growing Instructions:
The horned pansy Viola cornuta Bambini Mix, blooms from spring to October and does best in chilly weather. From February through April, plant seeds indoors on the top of moist, well-drained seed compost. Since seeds need light to germinate, gently press them into the ground without covering. Germination takes 14–21 days, therefore keep the temperature between 15 and 20°C. Move seedlings into separate pots as soon as they start to produce genuine leaves. Fertile, wet, well-drained soil and full sun are preferred for Viola cornuta above partial shade. Regularly deadhead ineffective flowers to promote ongoing bloom. Usually flowering 10–12 weeks after seeding, these little, fragrant plants will continue to produce vibrant, fragrant blooms for several months.
