Any summer garden will benefit greatly from this superb array of Platycodon grandiflorus. Before the saucer-shaped flowers start to bloom in June and continue through to September, when they reach a mature height of 40 cm, the buds inflate into big angular balloons. They make lovely flowers for the front of garden borders, patio pots, or can be cut and arranged in bouquets for inside enjoyment. We advise planting them where they will thrive, such as in well-drained, rich soil that receives direct or partial sunlight.
Growing instructions:
Sow seeds all year round thinly, 1. cm deep, into carefully prepared, well-dug, healthy soil that has already been watered. Typically, seedlings germinate within around 14–21 days. keep the plants well-watered. Water plants thoroughly after planting especially during warm days.
