350x Florence Fennel Zefa Fino Herb Seeds
Zefa Fino Florence fennel matures quickly and yields very uniform, high-quality bulbs. The medium-sized to large white bulbs have a slightly flattened round shape.They have a delicious anise flavour, and you can use the foliage as a garnish by gathering a few fronds while the bulbs are still growing and adding them to salads and dressings. With their white bulbs and feathery green stems, they also look amazing in the vegetable patch. Leave a couple to flower because the insects adore them.
Growing instructions:
Sow the Florence Fennel Zefa Fino Herb seeds from April to July. Thinly sow seeds into trays (2cm deep). Germination usually takes 10-14 days and once the seedlings have germinated and have grown 10-15cm tall, transplant the seeds or spread the plants 30-50cm apart. Water plants thoroughly after planting especially during warm summer days. Harvest from July through to October.
