Lavender Vera is a strong, tall lavender that works well for hedges or single plants. It adds a lovely touch to the landscape with its silvery leaf and fragrant blue-lilac blooms, which bloom from July to September. Lavender tea produced from the leaves and blossoms can be used to cure headaches and sleeplessness. Lavender has a relaxing effect on the nervous system. The dried flowers may be used to make lavender bags and potpourri. This kind of English lavender can withstand the coldest climates.
Growing instructions:
In trays of damp compost, scatter the seeds on top of the soil and lightly cover; do not overwater. Store at a temperature of roughly 16–18 c in a warm location (60-64f). The seedlings can be transplanted into larger pots or trays once they are sturdy enough to withstand it. Keep the plants in a warm, bright area without crowding them. The plants can be transplanted directly into your selected area once all chance of frost has passed.
