3100x Mustard Mizuna Herb Seeds
Mustard Mizuna is a fast-growing oriental leaf with a sweet, mild mustard flavour that intensifies with age and develops into broad, serrated (resembling rocket) leaves. Baby leaves can be served raw in salads, while larger leaves can be added into stir-fries at the last minute. It is often used in pre-packaged mixed leaf salads, which is why it is growing in popularity. Of course, nothing is more fresh than harvesting from your own garden. When Mustard mizuna leaves are about 10 cm long, they may be picked/snipped as cut and come again baby leaves.
Growing Instructions:
Sow the Mustard Mizuna Herb seeds from March to October. Sow seeds into prepared seedbed (2cm deep). Germination usually takes 10-14 days and once the seedlings have germinated and have grown 10-15cm tall, transplant the seeds or spread the plants 30-50cm apart so that they have space to grow larger. Water plants thoroughly after planting especially during warm summer days. Harvest within 3-6 weeks from sowing.
