300x Pink Celosia Flamingo Soft Seeds - Feather Like Blooms - Annual Cut Flower
Pink Celosia Flamingo Soft seeds can give your garden or floral arrangements style and texture. The delicate pink feather-like plumes of this Celosia spicata species create a graceful, airy impression that is striking in cutting gardens, beds, and borders. It blooms from summer into autumn and is perfect as an annual because it has a long-lasting colour and a good vase life. Plants thrive in full sun and well-drained soil, growing to a height of 60 to 90 cm. The distinctive flower spikes add a sophisticated touch to any bouquet and are ideal for both fresh and dried arrangements. They are a delightful addition for both novice and seasoned gardeners, and they are simple to produce from seed. For lovely blooms from June to October, sow indoors from February to April or straight outside after the last frost.
Growing Instructions:
Sow Pink Celosia Flamingo Soft seeds indoors between February and April. Use seed compost that is moist and drains properly in trays or tiny pots. Seeds require light to sprout, so lightly press them onto the surface without covering. Keep between 20 and 24°C; germination normally takes 10 to 21 days. After the seedlings have two true leaves, move them into separate pots and continue to grow at a lower temperature (around 15°C). Harden off gradually before planting outside following the final frost, which usually occurs in late May. Select a spot with well-drained soil that is sunny and protected. Soft pink, feather-like flower spikes that are ideal for cutting or drying are produced by plants that bloom from June to October. Consistent blooms are encouraged by routine deadheading. To prevent root rot, water sparingly and not too much.
