300x Phlox Drummondii Whipped Cream Seeds - Colourful Garden Blooms

The vivid, simple-to-grow annual Phlox Drummondii Whipped Cream adds a hint of delicate cream colour to garden beds, borders, and containers. From late spring through summer, these seeds yield compact, bushy plants with an abundance of fragrant blossoms that create a long-lasting floral show. Whipped Cream phlox is perfect for the UK environment because it needs frequent watering to sustain good growth and thrives in full sun and well-drained, nutritious soil. Sow the seeds outside once the risk of frost has passed or indoors six to eight weeks before to the last frost. To promote bushiness, thin seedlings and pinch back young plants. These lovely flowers are a must-have for colourful summer displays since they are ideal for drawing pollinators like bees and butterflies. They also bring elegance, colour, and scent to any garden setting.

Growing Instructions:

Phlox Drummondii Whipped Cream seeds should be sown indoors in a bright, well-draining seed compost between February and April. Since seeds require light to germinate, plant them on the surface and gently press them in. Germination typically takes 7–14 days, so keep the soil continuously moist at 18–20°C. Transplant seedlings into separate pots after they have two genuine leaves, and in May, let them gradually harden off outside. Plant 20 to 25 centimetres apart in a sunny spot with rich, well-drained soil. Healthy development and copious flowers are encouraged by routine watering and sporadic application of a balanced liquid fertiliser. Deadheading faded flowers prolongs flowering throughout the summer, while pinching back young stems promotes bushier plants.
