260x Limnanthes douglasii Poached Egg Flower Seeds
The poached egg plant, or Limnanthes douglassi, is a hardy annual that is very easy to grow and has beautiful white flowers with vivid yellow centres. Given that it only grows to a height of 20 to 30 cm, it is a great plant for front of borders, rockeries, or even containers due to its relatively low growth. Because Limnanthes douglassi attracts and nurtures bees, hoverflies, and butterflies, it also makes a great companion plant. Excellent for growing close to vegetable crops as it helps pollinate nearby crops.
Growing instructions:
From March to June, sow thinly, 1.5 cm deep, into carefully prepared, well-dug, healthy soil that has already been watered. Typically, seedlings germinate within around 14–21 days. keep the plants well-watered. Water plants thoroughly after planting especially during warm days. Flowering during June through to October.
