200x Dwarf Morning Glory (Convolvulus tricolor) Minor Mix Seeds - Bright Compact

Dwarf Morning Glory (Convolvulus tricolour) 'Minor Mix' is a small, easy-to-grow annual that is ideal for window boxes, beds, borders, and containers. It will add vibrant colours to your landscape. This delightful blend yields a profusion of tiny trumpet-shaped flowers in blue, pink, white, and violet hues, each with a bright yellow core that provides a cheery burst of colour throughout the summer. These bushy, low-growing plants, which reach a neat height of about 20 to 30 cm (8 to 12 inches), do best in full sun and well-drained soil, which makes them perfect for edging walkways or smaller areas. Once grown, they can withstand drought and bloom nonstop from early summer until the first freeze.

Growing instructions:

Bright and compact, Dwarf Morning Glory 'Minor Mix' is a great annual for ground cover, borders, and pots. It produces a beautiful mixture of white, pink, and blue trumpet-shaped blooms with yellow centres. This sun-loving plant prefers full sun and grows best in soil that is well-drained and somewhat fertile. Six to eight weeks before to the last anticipated frost (usually in February or April), sow seeds indoors. Once all risk of frost has passed (usually in April or May), sow seeds outdoors. Use seed trays or tiny pots filled with seed compost for indoor sowing. Lightly cover the seeds with soil or vermiculite and maintain a constant temperature of 18–21°C until germination, which usually takes place in 7–21 days. When seedlings are big enough to manage, move them to separate pots and let them get used to the outside over a period of 7–10 days before planting them outside following the last frost. During dry spells, water frequently, but do not overwater. Longer flowering can be promoted by deadheading spent blossoms. June through September is when flowering usually starts, giving the summer months a riot of colour.
