Nepeta caparia, commonly referred to as catmint, is a strong perennial plant with a lemon aroma. It is used to make a delightful tea. It features featherlike, light green foliage and little clusters of lavender flowers that bloom on spikes. It grows to a height of 3 to 4 feet.
Growing instructions:
From April to June, sow thinly, 1.5 cm deep, into carefully prepared, well-dug, healthy soil that has already been watered. Typically, seedlings germinate within around 14–21 days. keep the plants well-watered. Water plants thoroughly after planting especially during warm days. Flowering during July through to September.
