1500x Schizanthus Wisetonensis Angel Wings Seeds – Dr. Badger’s Hybrid Mix

With Schizanthus wisetonensis Angel Wings, a member of Dr. Badger's well-known hybrid mix, you can give your landscape a burst of vivid colour and delicate elegance. Often referred to as the "Poor Man's Orchid," these lovely annuals yield gorgeous, orchid-like blooms in a stunning range of hues, such as rose, pink, purple, and white. They bloom profusely from late spring to early summer and do well in cool, somewhat shaded areas. Angel Wings are easy to cultivate from seed and make durable, striking displays that draw pollinators and elevate any garden setting. They are perfect for borders, containers, and cut flower gardens.

Growing Instructions :

Angel Wings require light to grow, plant them indoors 8–10 weeks before to the final frost date. Gently put the seeds onto moist, well-drained seed-starting mix without covering. Keep the temperature between 15 and 21 degrees Celsius. It takes 10–21 days for germination to occur. After two or three genuine leaves appear on the seedlings, move them into separate pots to harden off before putting them outside once the risk of frost has passed. Pick a spot with rich, well-drained soil and either partial shade or filtered sunlight. These cool-weather annuals can't stand too much heat and prefer mild moisture. Late spring to early summer is when bright orchid-like blooms should be expected. Prolonged flowering is encouraged by routine deadheading. Angel Wings add colour and delicate elegance to your landscape and are perfect for containers, borders, or cutting gardens.
