Blue thimbles eye-catching spherical bloom heads are its most attractive feature. Tight, globe-shaped clusters of the blooms resemble tiny thimbles in shape. Though some may look more violet or lighter blue depending on growing conditions, the flowers are usually blue or lavender-purple in colour. Each funnel-shaped flower produce a delicate, feathery appearance.
Growing instructions:
From March to May, sow thinly, 1.5 cm deep, into carefully prepared, well-dug, healthy soil that has already been watered. Typically, seedlings germinate within around 14–21 days. keep the plants well-watered. Water plants thoroughly after planting especially during warm days. Flowering during June through to August.
