1000x Yellow Strawflower Seeds - Helichrysum Bracteatum - Flower

Strawflower Yellow, a vivid and adaptable bloomer distinguished by its papery, daisy-like petals that never fade, will provide texture and colour to your garden and dry arrangements for a long time. Blooming abundantly from summer into autumn, these vivid golden-yellow flowers prefer full light and well-drained soil.
Helichrysum Bracteatum, also referred to as the everlasting flower, is a favourite among florists and do-it-yourself decorators because it holds its colour and shape when dried, making it perfect for fresh bouquets or dried floral crafts.

Growing instructions:

Helichrysum Bracteatum (yellow strawflower), should be sown indoors 6–8 weeks before to the final frost. Since seeds require light to germinate, plant them on the top of moist soil; do not cover them. Until seedlings sprout, which should happen in 7–14 days, keep the soil warm and somewhat damp. Move seedlings to a sunny location with well-drained soil as soon as they have a few sets of genuine leaves and the weather is warm. After the risk of frost has passed, you can also immediately sow. Plants should be spaced 10–12 inches apart. Once planted, strawflowers can withstand drought and do well in full light. Harvest blossoms just before they open completely and hang them upside down in a dry, shaded spot to create dried bouquets.
