1000x Digitalis Lutea Seeds – Native Foxglove For Pollinator-Friendly Gardens

Straw Foxglove, also known as Digitalis Lutea Seeds, will give your garden a hint of delicate appeal. From June to August, this native wildflower attracts a range of pollinators, such as bees and butterflies, with its slender spikes of pale yellow, tubular flowers. Digitalis Lutea grows best in well-drained soil that receives partial shade to full sun, making it perfect for cottage gardens, wildflower meadows, and naturalistic plantings. Easily self-seeding, this hardy biennial or short-lived perennial produces beautiful displays year after year with little work. Grow Digitalis Lutea for beautiful, long-lasting blooms all summer long and to help pollinators.

Growing instructions:

You can either sow Digitalis lutea seeds immediately outdoors from April to June or indoors from February to April. In sunny or somewhat shaded areas, such cottage gardens, wildflower meadows, or borders, choose well-drained soil. Since seeds require sunshine to germinate, scatter them thinly on the soil's surface and gently press them in without covering. Make sure the soil is damp but not soggy. Typically, germination takes 14–28 days. A biennial or short-lived perennial, Digitalis Lutea forms a rosette the first year and then blooms with graceful straw-yellow tubular blossoms from June to August the following year. It easily self-seeds, producing stunning displays that are beneficial to pollinators year after year. For optimal growth, shield young plants from snails and slugs.
